By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
2. Description of Service
App Insights provides a service that analyzes Android applications from APK files or Google Play Store URLs to provide insights into their underlying technology frameworks, dependencies, and potential security vulnerabilities. The results are generated through automated AI analysis and are provided for informational purposes only.
3. User Accounts
To access the Service, you must register for an account using a valid Google account. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for any activities or actions under your account. You agree to notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Certain features of the Service may be subject to payments now or in the future ("Premium Features"). We offer a monthly subscription plan. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged for subsequent periods. Payments are non-refundable.
5. User Conduct and Responsibilities
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service. You are solely responsible for the data (e.g., APK files) you upload and for ensuring you have the legal right to do so. You agree not to upload any files that contain viruses or are malicious in nature.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Aarna Enterprises and its licensors. You retain all rights to the files you upload, but you grant us a license to process them to provide the Service. The reports and analyses generated are for your use only.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The analysis provided is automated and may contain errors or inaccuracies. We do not guarantee the correctness of any information provided. In no event shall Aarna Enterprises, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Haryana, India.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page.
